Dee Dee has been in the restaurant business one way or another her whole life.  Coming from a father who was a restaurant owner & head chef she decided to go to culinary school & graduated from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 2001.  Since then she has seen working in very popular restaurants like J. Alexander's & The Cheesecake Factory. Now it's time to move on to something she can call her own, & help create beautiful events for all her customers & their guests.
Dee Dee is a certified ServSafe Manager  which is required by the Florida Department of Agricultre for all food service owners or managers that handle or prepares food or beverages served to the public. 

David has been a small business owner for over 15 Years,  He stared out teaching swimming lessons while in college going from a class of 50 children per summer  to a whopping 800 children per summer.  Since then he started his own computer company Absolute Computing Inc. which he began in 1998  and has many of the same clients since the start.  Absolute Computings' main target and clientèle is small business such as law firms, mortgage companies and retail sales.  David is also a full time Firefighter/Paramedic with the City of Ft. Lauderdale Fire Department and loves everyday that he goes on shift and enjoys helping his community.

Café Express-O is excited to have Christina on Staff.  Besides helping us with the coffee cart, she is our dog sitter when we are on vacation and our girls (Sasha and Kaylee – 2 Siberian Huskies) love her immensely.  Christina is also a full time student at Florida Atlantic University and is studying pre-med, she is still deciding if she wants to be a pediatrician or psychiatrist. We are happy to have Christina with us and know that she will be a positive addition to Café Express-O and to our customers’ event.
